How To Purchase:

1. To place an order for any items you like on this site, simply fill in the order form (click Order Form link on the sidebar).You’ll then be directed to complete the order/enquiry form by filling out your contact information and granting account access to us for review and we’ll follow up with you by email within 3-4 days. If you have any issues completing the form, please email at http://tmairis@yahoo.com.sg/ Then type the characters you see in the Word Verification picture and Click Send. Please allow about 3-4 days for me to reply to your enquiry/orders.

2. Please leave your email address so we can get back to you, or you can reach us directly at tmairis@yahoo.com.sg

3. Once we receive your email, we will send a confirmation email back which will state again your details of purchase with payment & postage costs within 3-4 days.

4. Next, proceed to make payment within 3 days of my email or orders will be cancelled and buyer noted. Please also email us your transaction initials or relevant transaction reference number for our reference so we can trace your payment. Thanks!

5. You will be notified by email when we send out your items, after we've received your payment.

*NOTE: Orders once sent are not cancellable. So please click on picture of items to see the enlarge version or email any queries you have before making your orders. Please allow for longer delivery time for registered articles

Method of Payment:
**Prices stated on this site and all payment to be made, are in Singapore dollars.

***Upon receipt of payment, items will be posted accordingly.

o- Singapore: ATM Direct fund transfer (to DBS/POSB Savings)
o- Normal Mail charge is (S$1.50 to $3.85) or Registered Mail charge ($1.50 to $3.85+$2.50 SGD). Mail charges varies depending on weight.
o- Depending on locality and number of items purchased, an additional SGD$2.50 on top of postage will be charged accordingly if opting for registered mail. This will be advised in confirmation email.
o- Meetups are possible but only for urgent cases, subjecte to a charge of SGD$40 transport. Locations are to our convenience & timing (appointment can be fixed).

Postage for Bags & Apparel:
o- local non-standard mail:BAGS-SGD$3 per bag.APPAREL-SGD$1.50/pc, SGD$3 per 2pc ordered!
o- mail charges: Varies depending on weight and packaging. For rough estimates, pls refer to: Singpost
P.S. FREE NORMAL POSTAGE DELIVERY NOW! S$5 off total bill with every 10 items purchase in a single order!!

Packaging:
Items will be packed in plastic packs and delivered by Normal/registered mailing within 5 working days (for Singapore) after the payment has been received and confirmed, bearing in mind that registered mail takes a little longer delivery time than standard mail since your package is tracked in the process.

Postages are either Normal/Registered mail with the buyer's choice. Normal standard mail mail does not take long to arrive, thus allowing customers to be able to get their items fast. Order yours today & let it arrive at your doorstep.

o- BULK ORDERS? S$5 off total bill above 10 items puchased in a single order! Purchase above 5 pcs of apparel entitle to free gift! We reserves the right to substitute any free gift of equal value without notice
o- Grab the unique designed items because only 1 per piece of each design is available so order them fast.
o- BUYER is hereby notified that the rights of SELLER to receive payment before we send out your items under this agreement. All sales are final: items sold are not returnable. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. We uphold a strict no refund policy.
o- All designs are strictly copyright. Under no circumstance can they be copied, modified or distributed without Prestigious Dresser's consent.
o- Prestigious Dresser will not be liable for any lost or damaged items during delivery process. However we ensure your items are in good condition before we send them out.
